The recruitment process
All our care workers will be personally interviewed based on a current and comprehensive CV that tells us about them. We require valid preferences and the care givers should be able to produce all relevant paperwork including training documents. All of our care workers are self employed. DBS checked care workers
The safety and well-being of our clients is of the utmost importance to us, that's why all our prospective candidates are DBS checked (Diclosure and Barring Service). We additionally ensure that all training documents are validated and references are checked (typically back 10 years).
